Black Screen on Cisco IP Communicator

Communicator launches with black screen and not able to see numbers.

 

Exit the phone, then locate the following key using regedit

 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cisco Systems, Inc.\Communicator\Device\

Delete all except Default in the following:

 

- device.calls.placed

 
also try to delete:
 
- device.calls.missed
 
- device.calls.received
