Outlook - Prompts for Password

If Outlook prompts for password, do the following:
 
First in the user's AD account...
In Active directory Users and computers change the user's login from galacticmarketing.com to galacticps.com. save and close the dialog box.
 
On the user's machine...
Close Outlook and get on the VPN.
Press CTRL-ALT-DEL, and lock your pc.
Select Other User and login with your Galactic email address and password.
That should put you back on your desktop. Open Outlook check for pop-up.
If you get the white Microsoft Security with Galactic\your user name, replace that with your email address.
Reboot and open Outlook without VPN.
If you get the pop-up, enter your Galactic password and check the box to remember your credentials.
