Office 365 Sign In Issue on the Laptop

Problem:

The user cannot sign in to office products when setting up the new laptop. Online Office 365 was working fine.

Solution:

I reinstalled the office product (Optional)
Change this setting: Control Panel > Internet Options > Advance Setting > Check TLS1.2
