Office@Hand - Google Play Work around

There is an open case on customers experiencing this issue. Please see the steps taken to get the O@H Desktop App to launch below and let me know if this does not resolve the issue.
Kindly follow these instructions to launch the App.
  1. While the app is open. Click CTRL + SHIFT + D
  2. Select the Config Tab
  3. Set to Local. Close and Quit the App in the system tray.
  4. Relaunch the app, it should bring you to the sign in page.
  5. If not, Click CTRL + SHIFT + D again then select the Config Tab
  6. Change to Production then relaunch the app.
