Filtering email from multiple folders in Outlook

Root Folder
Go to File > Cleanup Tools > Mailbox Cleanup
Select Find Items larger than:  enter 1024 (1mb) 
Click Find. The resulting window should be the Messages: Advanced - Advanced Find with all messages as defined by the size criteria.
From here you can furthur narrow your search using Words, From, Sent To, or Time... There's a plethora of options ...
You can sort by size here too with the largest on top.  You can also see what folder it is in
You can use CTRL+Click to select, or, Shift+Select here too.
