Updating TLS settings

Root Folder
Update your TLS setting in Internet Explorer.
Close all instances of IE, then open IE.
In IE go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced.
Scroll down near the bottom and check TLS 1, 1.1, and 1.2
Click Apply and OK to exit.
Close and open IE, then go to a site that you received the message to verify that you can access it.
